Hi, I’m Chrismon, the 22-year-old behind The Geopoli-Chick.

I’m just starting in the national security and defense world, and this blog is where I make sense of what I’m learning and share it in a readable way. I’ve worked on the Hill and in different roles in government affairs. Now I’m currently in grad school, figuring out how it all fits together.

I created The Geopoli-Chick because I was tired of feeling like you needed a security clearance or decades of experience to join the conversation. This is a space for fresh takes, big questions, and approachable breakdowns of the systems shaping global power, all through the eyes of a young woman entering the field.
